粗煤气管道腐蚀失效分析与对策

摘要 针对某石化粉煤气化装置粗煤气管道腐蚀失效问题,采用管道测厚、腐蚀产物分析等方法对易腐蚀泄漏部位进行全面检查。分析结果表明,碳钢管道长期处于湿硫化氢环境,持续发生电化学腐蚀及冷凝腐蚀从而导致管道减薄失效。通过采取规范工艺过程控制、升级管道材质、制定管道特护项目、优化电伴热、整改保温、改造设备和管道、优化管道布局等针对性措施,有效减缓并控制了粗煤气管道的腐蚀问题。避免装置因腐蚀泄漏造成非计划停车,消除了事故发生隐患,提升装置经济效益,为保障煤气化装置长周期、高负荷稳定运行起重要作用。 In order to solve the corrosion failure problem of the crude gas pipeline in the powder coal gasification unit of a petrochemical company,the corrosion-prone leakage sites were tested and investigated by means of pipe thickness measurement and corrosion product analysis.The analysis results showed that the continuous electrochemical corrosion and condensation corrosion of carbon steel pipeline in wet H2S environment for a long time led to the pipeline thinning and failure.The corrosion of crude gas pipelines can be effectively mitigated and controlled by adopting specific measures such as standardizing process control,upgrading pipeline material,formulating pipeline special care items,optimizing electric tracing heat,improving insulation,revamping equipment and pipelines,and rearranging pipelines.It can avoid the unplanned shutdown caused by corrosion leakage,eliminate the hidden danger of accidents,improve the economic benefits,and play an important role in ensuring the stable,long-term and high-load operation of the coal gasification unit.
