摘要
我国航空发动机关键部件中冶金缺陷的出现概率明显高于欧美发达国家,冶金缺陷已成为制约我国高温合金质量稳定性和可靠性的重要瓶颈。介绍了一种高温合金中常见的冶金缺陷,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等设备分析了其关键组织形貌和第二相特征,根据缺陷区域异常粗晶组织且富集大量Al_(2)O_(3)、AlN、NbN等第二相推断,该缺陷为高温合金中的脏白斑。根据该缺陷的关键特征,结合真空自耗重熔工艺特点,分析阐明了脏白斑形成机制,并全方位地提出了切实可行的预防措施。研究成果可对该类冶金缺陷在工程实践中的有效控制提供理论指导。
The occurrence probability of metallurgical defects in the key components of Chinese aero-engine is obviously higher than that in the developed countries in Europe and America.Metallurgical defects have become an important bottleneck which restricts the quality stability and reliability of Chinese superalloy.A common metallurgical defect in superalloy is introduced.The key microstructure and the characteristics of the second phase were analyzed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.According to the abnormal coarse-grained structure and the enrichment of the second phase such as Al_(2)O_(3),AIN and NbN in the defect area,it is inferred that the defect is dirty white spot.According to the key characteristics of the defects,the forming mechanism of the defects is analyzed and expounded.In view of the forming mechanism,the feasible preventive measures are put forward in an all-round way,which provides theoretical guidance for the effective control of the metallurgical defects in engineering practice.
