硫酸钛/柠檬酸催化合成乙酸异龙脑酯工艺

摘要 为克服乙酸异龙脑酯合成中催化剂难制备、易失活和不易重复利用等问题,以莰烯、冰乙酸、硫酸钛和柠檬酸为原料,开展不同条件下催化合成乙酸异龙脑酯的研究。结果表明,合成乙酸异龙脑酯的最佳反应条件为m(乙酸)∶m(莰烯)=2.5∶1.0,m(硫酸钛)∶m(莰烯)=0.06∶1.00,m(柠檬酸)∶m(莰烯)=0.02∶1.00,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为7 h。在该条件下,莰烯转化率为93.18%,乙酸异龙脑酯含量为88.17%,乙酸异龙脑酯选择性为97.49%。 In order to overcome problems of difficult preparation,easy inactivation and difficult reuse of catalyst in synthesis of isobornyl acetate,taking camphene,acetic acid,titanium sulfate and citric acid as experimental raw materials,research on catalytic synthesis of isobornyl acetate under different conditions was carried out.Re⁃sults showed that the optimal reaction condition for synthesis of isobornyl acetate was m(acetic acid)∶m(cam⁃phene)=2.5∶1.0,m(titaniumsulfate∶)m(camphene)=0.06∶1.00,m(citricacid∶)m(camphene)=0.02∶1.00,reac⁃tion temperature 55℃,and reaction time 7 h.Under this condition,conversion rate of camphene was 93.18%,content of isobornyl acetate was 88.17%,and selectivity of isobornyl acetate was 97.49%.
