溶胶中Ti和Si物质的量比对TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)涂膜耐腐蚀性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为提升20^(#)钢板的耐腐蚀性,采用溶胶凝胶法在20^(#)钢板表面制备了TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)涂膜,研究了溶胶中Ti与Si物质的量比对涂膜制备及其耐腐蚀性的影响规律。通过激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜观察涂膜的表面微观结构,通过X射线衍射表征涂膜的晶体结构,采用能谱仪测定涂膜表面化学成分,通过紫外-可见吸收光谱表征涂膜对亚甲基蓝的降解作用等。结果表明:溶胶中Ti与Si物质的量比对20^(#)钢板表面润湿性、有机物降解性和耐腐蚀性的影响很大。随着TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)涂膜中SiO_(2)成分的增加,材料由亲水性向疏水性转变,同时其耐腐蚀性提升,当溶胶中Ti与Si物质的量比为1∶1时,制备的TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)涂膜拥有最优的耐腐蚀能力,经95℃的3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡48 h后,涂覆有TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)膜层的20^(#)钢样品未被腐蚀,几乎保持浸泡前的形貌。 To improve the corrosion resistance of 20^(#)steel,TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) coating were prepared on the surface of 20^(#)steel by sol-gel method in this paper.The influence of Ti-Si molar ratio in sol on the preparation and corrosion resistance of the coating was studied.The surface microstructure of the coating was observed using laser confocal microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,the crystal structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction,the surface chemical composition was measured using an energy spectrometer,and the degradation effect of the coating on methylene blue was studied through UV-visible absorption spectroscopy.The results showed that the Ti-Si molar ratio in sol had a significant impact on the surface wettability,organic matter degradation,and corrosion resistance of 20^(#)steel.With the increase of SiO_(2) content in the TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) coating,the material turned from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity,and its corrosion resistance was greatly improved.The optimal corrosion resistance was obtained when the Ti-Si molar ratio was 1∶1.After an immersion in a 3.5%NaCl solution for 48 h,the 20^(#)steel sample coated with TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) film was not corroded and almost maintained the original morphology.
