摘要
为了研究潜油直线电机在井下工作时的温度分布情况,建立了包含电机和原油在内的二维计算模型;根据电磁场仿真计算电机损耗,并将损耗以热源密度的形式加载到计算模型中;采用有限体积法求解电机在不同工况下的二维稳态温度场,得到了电机整体的温度分布。研究了原油流速与电机温升的关系,开展了电机的温升试验,试验结果与计算结果基本一致,证明了计算方法的准确性。
In order to study the temperature distribution of the submersible linear motor working under‐ground,a two-dimensional calculation model including motor and crude oil was established.According to the electromagnetic field simulation,the motor loss was calculated and loaded into the calculation model in the form of heat source density.The finite volume method was used to solve the two-dimen‐sional steady-state temperature field of the motor under different working conditions,and the whole temperature distribution of the motor was obtained.The relationship between the crude oil flow rate and the temperature rise of the motor was also studied.The temperature rise test of the motor was carried out,and the experimental results are consistent with the calculated results,which proves the accuracy of the calculation method.
