摘要
急性心肌梗死具有起病急、病情进展急骤,致死致残率极高的特点。因此,缩短患者从发病初期至就医时间就成为急性心肌梗死患者救治成功的至关重要环节之一。而急性心肌梗死患者院前急救的效率便是能否缩短时间差的直接因素。因此,在最短的时间内进行接诊、有效救护是提高急性心肌梗死患者抢救成功率以及改善预后的关键。本研究则针对急性心肌梗死患者发病初期的院前急救及护理展开讨论。
Acute myocardial infarction has the characteristics of rapid onset,rapid progression,and high mortality and disability rates.Therefore,how to shorten the time from the initial onset to medical treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction has become one of the crucial links in the success of treatment.The efficiency of pre hospital emergency treatment for acute myocardial infarction patients is a direct factor in shortening the time difference.Therefore,receiving medical attention and effective rescue in the shortest possible time is the key to improving the success rate and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients.This study focuses on the pre hospital emergency and nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction in the early stages of onset.
