摘要
神经性耳鸣耳聋是耳鼻喉科发病率较高的一种疾病,具有疗程长、复发率高的特点,若患者未能及时得到有效治疗,会在一定程度上降低其生活质量。目前临床上并未研究出治疗神经性耳鸣耳聋的特效药,加上该病的发病机制较为复杂,患者症状的主观性较强,西医无法根据病因提供确切的治疗方法,进而导致西医治疗的效果并不理想。与西医治疗相比,中医针灸在耳鸣耳聋的治疗上有着较为悠久的历史,且随着我国中医水平的不断提高,针灸治疗耳鸣耳聋的临床经验不断增加,治疗效果令人满意。现从中医角度简要分析神经性耳鸣耳聋的病因,重点探讨神经性耳鸣耳聋的针灸治疗进展,旨在为临床治疗神经性耳鸣耳聋寻找更高效、更安全的治疗方案。
Neurological tinnitus and deafness is a disease with high incidence in otolaryngology,with characteristics of long course of treatment and high recurrence rate.If the patientsfail to receive effective treatment in time,their quality of life will be reduced to a certain extent.At present,there is no specific drug for the treatment of neuronal tinnitus and deafness in clinic.In addition,the pathogenesis of the disease is complicated,and the symptoms of the patients aremore subjective.Western medicine cannot provide exact treatment method according to the etiology,thus the curative effect is not satisfactory.Compared with Western medicine,Chinese acupuncture has a long history in the treatment of tinnitus and deafness.With the continuous improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the clinical experience of acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus and deafness has been increasing,and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.This paper briefly analyzes the etiology of neurological tinnitus and deafness from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and focuses on the treatment progress of acupuncturein the treatment of neurologicaltinnitus and deafness,aiming to find a more efficient and safer treatment plan for the clinical treatment of neurological tinnitus and deafness.
