摘要
为有效衔接科研院所各部门、打破信息交流的壁垒、减轻常规化工作的负担,从高效视角出发,对公文规范化管理的重要性进行阐述,并对公文管理的特点和现存问题进行分析。在此基础上,提出一种公文管理可持续发展模式。研究成果可为科研院所公文管理提供一定参考。
In order to effectively connect various departments of scientific research institutions,break down barriers to information exchange,and reduce the burden of routine work,from the perspective of efficiency,the importance of standardized management of official documents is elaborated,and the characteristics and existing problems of official document management are analyzed.On this basis,a sustainable development model of official document management is proposed.The research results can provide some references for document management in scientific research institutions.
