摘要
为了有效解决当前专用弹药储备仓库选址决策困难这个问题,针对专用弹药储备保障实际情况,提出一种基于MAS-FAHP的多属性决策技术方法。该技术方法以专用弹药储备仓库选址为研究对象,并对其影响因素进行了深入分析,从而建立了仓库选址评估指标体系,并利用Multi-Agent系统解决了影响因素权重难以平衡的问题。而后通过FAHP方法确定了专用弹药储备仓库选址指标中子准则层的综合权重,并建立了模糊评价矩阵,同时给出了具体的综合评价结果。最后通过应用传统方法和基于MAS-FAHP决策方法对储备仓库选址进行了实例分析,分析表明了基于MAS-FAHP决策方法对解决专用弹药储备仓库选址这种决策具有较强模糊性、指标划分等级较少、确定依据不足等特点的问题明显优于传统方法,从而验证了基于MAS-FAHP决策的专用弹药储备选址技术的可行性和先进性。
In order to effectively solve the problem of the current difficulty in site selection and decision-making of special ammunition reserve warehouses,it was proposed that a multi-attribute decision-making technology method based on MAS-FAHP according to the actual situation of special ammunition reserve support.This technical method took the site selection of special ammunition reserve warehouse as the research object,and conducted an in-depth analysis of its influencing factors,so as to establish a warehouse site selection evaluation index system,and used the Multi-Agent system to solve the problem that the weight of influencing factors was difficult to balance.Then,the FAHP method was used to determine the comprehensive weight of the sub-criterion layer of the site selection index of the special ammunition reserve warehouse,and a fuzzy evaluation matrix was established,and the specific comprehensive evaluation results were given.Finally,by applying the traditional method and the MAS-FAHP decision-making method,the case analysis of the site selection of the reserve warehouse was carried out,and the analysis showed that the MAS-FAHP decision-making method was significantly better than the traditional method in solving the problems of strong ambiguity,fewer index classification levels,and insufficient determination basis for the location of the special ammunition reserve warehouse,so as to verify the feasibility and advanced nature of the technology of the special ammunition reserve site selection based on MAS-FAHP decision-making.
