摘要
高效、规范、明确的“当日二次就诊”流程有利于规范诊疗行为、提升诊疗效率、构建和谐医患关系。本次调查分析北京“三甲”综合医院现行的“当日二次就诊”流程及患者和医护人员满意情况,并从优化流程、宣传路径和政策配合三方面提出可行性建议,推进“当日二次就诊”流程的规范化和普及化。
An efficient,standardized and clear"second visit on the same day"process is conducive to standardizing diagnosis and treatment,improving efficiency,and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This survey analyzes the current"second visit on the same day"process and the satisfaction of patients and medical staff in Beijing's"Grade-A"general hospitals,and proposes feasible suggestions from three aspects:optimization process,publicity path and policy coordination,so as to promote the standardization and popularization of the"second visit on the same day"processes.
