摘要
运动性心脏骤停的事件会给运动者、家庭、社会带来严重危害,成为全球范围内越来越关注的公共卫生问题。文章运用文献资料和个案分析等方法,梳理了国内外运动相伴随的心脏骤停事件的高发运动项目、高发人群分布、时间特征等内容。从体医融合的视角,提出了完善运动和比赛前的健康筛查保障方案;加强运动和比赛中的医学监测;完善运动场所急救保障管理制度;优化运动场所急救设备部署策略;强化体育从业相关人员培训力度等院外运动性心脏骤停预防及急救提升策略。
Exercise-related cardiac arrest at home and abroad,causing serious harm to athletes,families,and society,and has become a public health issue of global concern.This article uses the methods of literature and case analysis to sort out the high-incidence sports events,high-incidence population distribution,and time characteristics of cardiac arrest events associated with exercise at home and abroad.From the perspective of the integration of sports and medicine,this paper makes the following propositions:improve the health screening security plan before sports games and competitions;strengthen medical monitoring during sports games and competitions;improve the management system of emergency support in sports venues;optimize the deployment strategy of emergency equipment in sports venues;strengthen and improve out-of-hospital exercise cardiac arrest prevention and first aid strategies such as personnel training.
