厚层坚硬顶板无煤柱自成巷开采关键控制技术

摘要 厚层坚硬顶板的无煤柱自成巷开采相比一般条件顶板带来的问题突出。系统总结了关于厚层坚硬顶板无煤柱开采的关键控制技术,包括采用分级综合预裂爆破技术体系、高恒阻大变形锚索支护技术和挡矸防冲支护技术体系,研究内容完善了无煤柱自成巷开采的技术框架,进一步推动煤炭开采行业技术革新。 Compared with the general conditions of the roof,the problems caused by the self-forming roadway mining without coal pillars in the thick layer and hard roof are very prominent.This paper systematically summarizes the key control technologies for coal-pillarless mining on thick-bed hard roofs,including the adoption of graded comprehensive pre-splitting blasting technology system,high constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable support technology,and gangue and anti-scour support technology system,which improves the no coal pillar mining technology system.The technical framework of self-forming roadway mining without coal pillars further promotes the technological innovation of the coal mining industry.
