摘要
目的分析肺癌术后采取肺康复训练指导对患者恢复的意义。方法60例肺癌术后患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者采取常规干预,试验组患者在对照组基础上采取肺康复训练指导。比较两组患者支持性照顾需求评分、数字疼痛评分、不良反应评分,焦虑抑郁评分、症状评分、肺癌功能评分。结果试验组患者支持性照顾需求评分、数字疼痛评分、不良反应评分分别为(3.46±0.55)、(2.50±0.12)、(1.32±0.13)分,均低于对照组的(5.86±0.53)、(4.45±0.11)、(2.58±0.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者焦虑抑郁评分(10.20±2.57)分、症状评分(2.20±0.42)分均低于对照组的(16.60±2.52)、(4.90±0.37)分,肺癌功能评分(36.82±5.11)分高于对照组的(25.21±6.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取肺康复训练指导对肺癌术后患者的恢复效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the significance of pulmonary rehabilitation training guidance on recovery of postoperative patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 postoperative patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took conventional intervention,and patients in the experimental group took pulmonary rehabilitation training guidance on the basis of the control group.Patients in the two groups were compared in terms of supportive care need score,numerical pain score,adverse reaction score,anxiety and depression score,symptom score,and lung cancer function score.Results The supportive care need score,numerical pain score,and adverse reaction score of patients in the experimental group were(3.46±0.55),(2.50±0.12),and(1.32±0.13)points,which were lower than those of(5.86±0.53),(4.45±0.11),and(2.58±0.13)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had anxiety-depression score of(10.20±2.57)points and symptom score of(2.20±0.42)points,which were lower than those of(16.60±2.52)and(4.90±0.37)points in the control group;the lung cancer function score of(36.82±5.11)points in the experimental group was higher than that of(25.21±6.12)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation training guidance is effective in the recovery of postoperative patients with lung cancer,and is worth promoting.
