摘要
本试验旨在探讨太子参参须提取物(RPFRE)对环磷酰胺(CTX)所致免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用。腹腔注射CTX建立免疫抑制模型小鼠,以黄芪多糖(APS)为阳性对照,用不同剂量的RPFRE灌胃免疫抑制小鼠2周,检测免疫器官指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾淋巴细胞增殖、细胞因子含量等免疫学指标。结果显示,给予高剂量RPFRE[400 mg/(kg·bw)]的免疫抑制小鼠脾脏指数极显著降低(P<0.01),肝脏指数极显著升高(P<0.01),胸腺指数有所升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);碳粒廓清指数K、吞噬指数α、脾T、B淋巴细胞刺激指数(SI)、血清细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4和IL-6含量均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),效果与APS相当;给予低[100 mg/(kg·bw)]、中[200 mg/(kg·bw)]剂量RPFRE的免疫抑制小鼠上述指标变化趋势与高剂量组相同。结果表明,RPFRE能增强免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
This study aimed to investigate the immunomodulatory effects of Radix Pseudostellariae fibrous root extract(RPFRE)on immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX)through intraperitoneal administration,with Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)used as a positive control.Immunosuppressed mice were orally administered different doses of RPFRE for two weeks,and immunological indexes including immune organ indexes,macrophage phagocytosis,spleen lymphocyte proliferation,and serum cytokine levels were evaluated.The results showed that immunosuppressed mice given a high dose of RPFRE[400 mg/(kg·bw)]had significantly decreased spleen index(P<0.01),significantly increased liver index(P<0.01),and moderately increased thymus index(P>0.05),along with remarkably increases in carbon clearance index K,phagocytosis indexα,stimulation index(SI)of splenic T and B lymphocytes,and serum cytokines IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,and IL-6(P<0.05 or P<0.01),demonstrating comparable effects to APS.Similar trends in the aforementioned indexes were observed in immunosuppressed mice treated with low[100 mg/(kg·bw)]and medium[200 mg/(kg·bw)]doses of RPFRE.The results indicate that RPFRE could enhance the immune function of immunosuppressed mice.
