以“习作教育”为突破口驱动学校变革研究

A Study on Driving School Reform with"Composition Education"as a Breakthrough Point

摘要 首都师范大学朝阳小学的办学特色是“习作教育”,学校办学理念是“激活生命,人生因习作而精彩”。学校将课程建设与特色有机结合并逐步形成体系,带动了各项工作的开展。实践中,学校依托课题,成立专家工作室,不断更新教师观念、提高教师素质;打造三个基地,成就三种名师,让“习作教育”形成一种文化并辐射到学校的每个角落、每个主体,在习作课程中建构“预作—赏析—创构”的行动路径,深化课程整体育人,转变教与学的关系,推动学校管理、教育教学等工作的全面发展。 The characteristic of Chaoyang Primary School Attached to Capital Normal University is"composition education",and the school's educational philosophy is"activating life and making it wonderful because of composition".The school organically combines curriculum construction with characteristics and gradually forms a system,driving the development of various work.In practice,the school relies on research projects to establish expert studios,constantly updating teachers'concepts and improving their quality,and has built three bases to achieve three types of famous teachers and form a culture of"composition education",radiating the culture of"composition+curriculum"to every corner and subject of the school.The school has constructed an action path of"pre-draftappreciationcreation"in composition courses,deepened curriculum integration,transformed the relationship between teaching and learning,and promoted the comprehensive development of school management,education and teaching.
