摘要
介绍了时间基准、时间系统的基本内涵及常用类型,阐述了当前时间基准的理论定义、计量定义、物理实现。分析评估了时间基准未来可能的发展变化,特别是对光钟的影响、秒定义的变化、闰秒的变化等进行了详细分析。考虑到我国实际情况,从基础研究、技术试验和体系应用的角度给出了关于时间基准的一些思考和建议。
This paper introduces the basic connotation and common types of time standard and time systems,and expounds the theoretical definition,metrological definition,and physical implementation of the current time standard.It analyzes and evaluates the possible development and changes of time standard in the future,especially the impact of optical clocks,changes in second definitions,and changes in leap seconds.Considering the actual situation in China,some thoughts and suggestions on time standard are put forward from the perspectives of basic research,technical experiments,and system applications.
