柔性障碍物对管道内甲烷爆炸特性的影响研究

摘要 为了探究柔性障碍物对管道内甲烷爆炸特性的影响,在自行搭建的半封闭水平管道内放置柔性阻火布,试验研究阻火布在不同位置时的甲烷爆炸火焰演化形态、火焰传播速度、爆炸超压。结果表明:火焰传播至柔性障碍物前的传播速度小于无柔性障碍物工况;火焰通过柔性障碍物后,火焰形态褶皱明显,加速传播;柔性障碍物距离点火源越远对爆炸火焰传播减速效果越好;柔性障碍物的存在推迟了爆炸压力峰值到达的时间。 In order to investigate the effect of flexible obstacles on methane explosion characteristics in pipeline,the flame retardant cloth was placed at different locations of the self-built semi-closed horizontal pipeline,and the evolution of methane explosion flame,flame propagation velocity and explosion overpressure were experimentally studied with the flame retardant cloth in different positions.The results show that the propagation speed of flame before spreading to flexible obstacles is less than that without flexible obstacles.After the flame passes through the flexible obstacle,the flame form folds obviously and the propagation is accelerated.The farther the flexible obstacles is from the ignition source,the better the deceleration effect of explosion flame propagation.The existence of flexible obstacles delays the arrival of the peak explosion pressure.
