摘要
免疫层析试纸条检测技术融合免疫技术和层析技术,具有制作简单、成本低、检测快速等优点,在食品安全检测领域应用广泛。阐述了免疫层析试纸条的基本原理。简要介绍了免疫层析试纸条的标记探针。综述了免疫层析试纸条在农兽药残留、重金属、食品添加剂、违禁食品添加物质、生物毒素、食源性致病菌和人畜共患病等检测中的应用。
Immunochromatographic strip detection technology combines immune technology and chromatography technology.It has the advantages of simple production,low cost,rapid detection,and is widely used in the field of food safety detection.This paper expounded the basic principle of immunochromatographic strips,briefly introduced the labeled probes used in immunochromatographic strip,and summarized the application of immunochromatographic strips in food safety detection fields such as agricultural and veterinary drug residues,heavy metals,food additives,banned food additives,biological toxins,foodborne pathogens and zoonoses.
