摘要
高职院校联合企业深化产教融合、积极推进校企合作,需要分析现阶段的校企合作问题,以问题为突破口,在教学理念、人才培养模式、师资建设与评估体系等方面,实施校企合作推进策略。以“1+X”证书制度与计算机应用技术专业人才培养方案为研究对象,旨在提升校企合作质量,促进院校与企业协同发展,实现“文化素质+职业技能”双丰收,促进产教融合深化,以此服务区域经济发展。
Higher vocational colleges cooperate with enterprises to deepen the integration of industry and education,and actively promote school-enterprise cooperation.It is necessary to analyze the current problems of school-enterprise cooperation,and take the problem as a breakthrough to promote the integration of school-enterprise in teaching philosophy,talent cultivation mode,and faculty construction and evaluation system.This paper takes the"1+X"certificate system and the computer application technology professional talent training program as the research objects,aiming to improve the quality of school-enterprise cooperation,promote the coordinated development of colleges and enterprises,realize the harvest of"cultural quality+vocational quality"and promote the deepening integration of industry and education to better serve regional economic development.
