Research on the Interactive Autonomy and Ethical Impact of Brain-Computer Fusion

摘要 脑机融合使脑机接口成为人类与世界进行交互的新型技术中介,脑机协同过程使人与机形成了新型的交互自治主体。然而脑机融合在使人类自主性得到延展和强化的同时,也存在着干预和削弱这一“双刃剑”现象。本文拟采取杜威的实用主义立场,面向脑机融合对人类神经基础的干预,以及脑机融合对人类自主性的真实性和控制能力的影响进行考察。面向脑机接口的合伦理发展和治理体系建设,提出深化面向侵入式和具有神经调控功能的脑机接口的监管机制,重视研究非侵入式脑机接口对大脑的长期潜在影响和脑机自动化决策的伦理影响等对策和建议。 Brain-Computer Fusion makes the Brain-Computer Interface(BCI)a new technology intermediary for the interaction between human beings and the world,and the process of brain-computer collaboration makes human and machine form a new type of interactive autonomous subject.However,while brain-computer fusion extends and strengthens the power of human autonomy,there is also a“double-edged sword”to intervene and weaken the power.This paper intends to take Dewey's pragmatic standpoint to investigate the intervention of brain-computer fusion in the influence of human neural basis on autonomy,and then have an impact on the authenticity and power of human autonomy.In view of the ethical development of BCI and the deepening of supervision mechanism,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in this paper to strengthen the supervision of invasive and neuromodulatory BCI,and to pay attention to research on the long-term potential impact of non-invasive BCI on the brain and the ethical impact of the automated decision-making of BCI.
