摘要
乡村学校发挥乡土文化功能可以为乡村振兴补充精神文化之“钙”。乡村教师是乡村学校发挥乡土文化功能的关键主体,其认知和实践直接决定着学校乡土文化功能的实现。调研发现:教师认可学校具有保护、筛选、传承、创新乡土文化的功能。学校发挥乡土文化功能具有良好的现实基础,一是乡村教师对其重要性、必要性和可行性的认可度高;二是学校通过多种方式的具体实践积累了一定经验。但同时,乡村学校发挥乡土文化功能面临着乡村教师窄偏理解乡土文化、参与意愿有待提高以及乡土文化功能发挥层次缺漏等现实困境。乡村学校要更好地发挥乡土文化功能,需要以优势视角确认乡土文化功能的育人价值,在行动体验中探索更加合适的方式,多方协力提供保障支持。
Rural schools can realize the local cultural function so that it can contribute to the rural revitalization.Rural teachers are the critical members of bringing the local culture function into play,their cognition and practice directly determine the realization of the local culture function.This research confirms that teachers recognize that schools have local cultural functions,such as conservation,screening,inheritance and innovation.There is a good practical basis for schools to realize the local culture function.Firstly,rural teachers have a high degree of recognition of its importance,necessity and feasibility.Secondly,schools through a variety ways of practice has accumulated some experience.However,this research found that we also faces some difficulties,such as the narrow understanding of local culture,low willingness to participate,and the partially realization of local culture function.In order to realize the local culture function properly,rural schools need to confirm the educational value of from the perspective of advantage,explore more appropriate ways in action,and make concerted efforts to provide support.
