摘要
作为对传统城市发展模式的创新,智慧城市建设将智能技术、信息技术融入城市发展,加快数字经济迅速发展。在经济转型的关键节点,智慧城市建设是否能作为国家生态环境治理体系的关键一环,促进新时期城市绿色经济发展?基于长三角地区2007—2019年26个地级市的面板数据,借助2012年智慧城市试点这一自然实验,运用双重差分方法和空间DID模型探讨了智慧城市建设对长三角城市群绿色经济发展的影响。实证研究结果表明:(1)智慧城市建设有助于促进地区绿色经济发展,并通过提高城市创新能力和优化产业结构升级两大机制起作用。(2)相对于非资源型城市,资源型城市智慧城市建设对于当地绿色经济发展的影响并不凸显。(3)智慧城市建设不仅对本地绿色经济发展表现出显著的促进作用,而且还有利于促进相邻地区的绿色经济发展。
As an innovation of traditional urban development model,smart city construction integrates intelligent technology and information technology into urban development to accelerate the rapid development of digital economy.At the key node of economic transformation,can the construction of smart city,as a joint link of the national ecological environment governance system,promote the development of urban green economy in the new era?Based on the panel data of 26 prefecture level cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2007 to 2019,with the help of the natural experiment of smart city pilot in 2012,this paper discusses the impact of smart city construction on the green economic development of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta by using double difference method and spatial DID model.The empirical results show that:(1)The construction of smart city helps to promote the development of regional green economy,and plays a role by improving urban innovation ability and optimizing the upgrading of industrial structure.(2)Compared with nonresource-based cities,the impact of resource-based cities and smart city construction on the development of local green economy is not prominent.(3)Smart city construction not only plays a significant role in promoting the development of local green economy,but also helps to promote the development of green economy in adjacent areas.
