摘要 美国佛罗里达州有健全的教师职业行为督责机制,法规准则齐全,督责主体明确,职前审查、职后督责机制完善,在教师职业行为审查、规制、监察、问责等方面,积累了较为丰富的经验。美国的有效做法,对新时代加强和改进我国高校师德师风建设具有一定的借鉴价值,启示我们,要建立完善的教师入职筛选机制、制定具体的教师职业行为规定、编制法制化的教师职业行为问题审查处置程序。 The state of Florida has established a sound supervision mechanism for teachers'professional behavior,complete laws and regulations,clear subjects of supervision and accountability,and perfect pre-service review and post-service supervision mecha-nisms.It has accumulated rich experience in the review,regulation,supervision and accountability of teachers'professional behavior.These enlighten us to establish a perfect teacher entry and selection mechanism,formulate specific regulations of teachers'professional behavior,and formulate legal procedures for the examination and disposal of teachers'professional behavior problems,in strengthening the construction of teachers'ethics and teachers'professional behavior,strengthening the supervision and accountability of teachers.
