摘要
目的分析协调模式对车祸致严重创伤患者院前急救的作用。方法选取120例车祸致严重创伤患者,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组(60例)与实验组(60例),对照组选择常规护理干预,实验组则选择创伤协调模式,比较急救效果。结果实验组的救治效果、院前急救时间、急救反应时间、院前急救工作质量、并发症、家属满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在车祸致严重创伤患者的院前急救工作中,应用创伤协同模式能让救治效果及院前急救工作质量明显提高,缩短院前急救时间及急救反应时间,减少并发症,并让家属满意度明显提高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze effect of coordination mode in pre hospital emergency treatment of severe trauma patients caused by car accidents.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with severe trauma caused by car accidents and divided them into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases)based on comparability principle between the groups.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while experimental group with trauma coordination mode.Effectiveness of emergency treatment was compared.Results Treatment effect,pre hospital emergency response time,pre hospital emergency quality,complications,and family satisfaction of experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During pre hospital emergency treatment of severe trauma patients caused by car accidents,trauma collaboration mode can improve treatment effect and quality of pre hospital emergency significantly,shorten pre hospital emergency time and emergency response time,reduce complications,and improve family satisfaction degree significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
