摘要
目的分析对慢阻肺急性加重期提供布地奈德+特布他林的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月-2020年12月入住本院呼吸内科的慢阻肺急性加重期患者80例,按照随机数表发分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组提供特布他林治疗,研究组增加布地奈德的使用,对比两组的血气指标变化情况、疗效情况、治疗依从性情况以及并发症情况。结果治疗前两组的R、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)相比差异不大(P>0.05),治疗后两组的血气指标值相比治疗前有所好转,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组的肺功能各项指标数据对比差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组相比研究组的肺功能各项指标都有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者提供布地奈德+特布他林药物治疗,可以改善患者的肺功能,且依从性较好,并发症少,但需要注意加强护理和监护。
Objective To analyze curative effect of budesonide+terbutaline for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to respiratory department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020,and divided them into control group and study group according to random digital table,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with terbutaline treatment,while research group was added with budesonide.Changes of blood gas indicators,curative effect,treatment compliance and complications were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in R,PaO_(2),and PaCO_(2) between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,blood gas index values of two groups were better than before treatment,those of research group were better than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of research group was better than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function indicators between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,study group had significant better lung function indicators than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide+terbutaline can improve pulmonary function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,with good compliance and fewer complications,but it is necessary to pay attention to strengthening nursing and monitoring.
