摘要
目的探讨女性绝经后接受取环术治疗期间联用米非司酮、间苯三酚对软化宫颈、减轻患者疼痛的效果。方法针对2019年1月-2022年5月于灌云县人民医院接受取环术治疗的绝经后女性60例研究分析,按照随机蓝绿小球抽签结果进行分组,对照组(抽取绿色球患者,30例)术前服用米非司酮,观察组(抽取蓝色球患者,30例)在其基础上联合间苯三酚药物,记录两组患者手术情况,对比差异性。评估各组患者手术期间宫颈软化程度及疼痛程度,比较两组患者取环效果,观察各组患者发生不良反应情况,统计总发生概率。结果观察组患者手术时长短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者宫颈软化率明显高于对照组,中重度疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),同时,观察组患者取环成功率优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论女性绝经后接受取环术治疗期间,可采用米非司酮、间苯三酚联合用药方案,可有效软化宫颈,减轻患者疼痛感,提高取环成功率,倡导运用推广。
Objective To investigate effect of mifepristone and phloroglucinol on softening cervix and relieving pain in IUD removal of postmenopausal women.Methods The paper chose 60 postmenopausal women received IUD removal in Guanyun County People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 for study and analysis,and divided them into groups according to results of random blue-green ball lottery.Control group(30 patients with green ball extraction)was treated with mifepristone before surgery,and observation group(30 patients with blue ball extraction)with combined phloroglucinol on the basis of control group.Operation conditions between two groups was record and difference was compared,degree of cervical softening and pain during surgery in each group was evaluated,effect of IUD removal between two groups was compared,incidence of adverse reactions in each group wasobserved,and total probability of occurrence was calculated.Results Duration of surgery in observation group was longer than control group,intraoperative blood output was lower than control group(P<0.05).Cervical softening rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,and incidence of moderate to severe pain was lower than control group(P<0.05).At the same time,success rate of IUD removal in observation group was higher than control group,and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of mifepristone and phloroglucinol can soften cervix,alleviate pain of patients,improve success rate of IUD removal effectively,and advocate application and promotion of mifepristone and phloroglucinol during IUD removal of postmenopausal women.
