摘要 腹膜转移是结直肠癌常见的转移部位,一旦出现则预后极差。在过去的20年里,它被认为是一种局部恶性病变,并以更积极的治疗态度对待。与单纯的全身化疗相比,细胞减灭术(CRS)加腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)能获得更长的生存时间,然而我国在CRS+HIPEC的治疗过程仍缺少标准的治疗指南,CRS+HIPEC在结直肠癌腹膜转移中的疗效仍存在争议。在这里我们旨在讨论CRS+HIPEC的作用机制、安全性和有效性,收集CRS+HIPEC在结直肠癌腹膜转移中的研究成果,确定其疗效价值,并探索未来的发展方向。
