摘要
机械电气设备是现代自动化系统中的重要设备,随着我国科技技术的不断发展,自动化系统的复杂性不断提升,一旦发生影响系统运行的故障,尤其是机械电气设备故障,往往会对系统运行造成较大的影响。在应急处理过程中,很多的检修人员通过经验处理,并根据应急处理预案来制定完善检修策略。故障应急处理主要是以人工为主,需要沟通的内容较多、协调性较差、工作效率低。主要针对机械电气设备故障应急处理展开思考,从而提高机械电气设备故障排查效率,确保设备的正常运行。
Mechanical and electrical equipment is an important equipment in modern automation system,with the continuous development of China's science and technology,the complexity of the automation system has been increasing,once the fault affecting the operation of the system,especially mechanical and electrical equipment failure,will often cause a greater impact on the operation of the system.In the process of emergency processing,many of the maintenance personnel are more through experience processing,and according to the emergency processing plan to develop a perfect maintenance strategy.Fault emergency processing is mainly manual,which requires more communication,poor coordination and lower efficiency.The main purpose is to think about the emergency treatment of mechanical and electrical equipment failure,so as to improve the efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment failure investigation and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
