摘要
为做好企业科技项目管理工作,介绍了基于文献计量的科技项目管理方法,结合科技项目管理工作存在的主要特点,指出了当前科技项目管理工作现存的主要不足,提出了基于文献计量的科技项目管理路径优化策略,以进一步提升科技项目管理效果,充分做好企业科技项目管理工作。
In order to do a good job of enterprise science and technology project management,the method of science and technology project management based on bibliometrics is introduced,combined with the main characteristics of science and technology project management,the main existing deficiencies of current science and technology project management are pointed out,and the optimization strategy of science and technology project management path based on bibliometrics is proposed,in order to further enhance the effect of science and technology project management and fully do a good job of enterprise science and technology project management.
