摘要
水滴表面张力以三次方的形式出现在成核率的指数项,对凝结参数影响显著。基于国内外研究现状,采用修正系数对平面表面张力模型进行修正,通过与实验数据的对比,分析了表面张力修正系数对计算精度的影响,并以各工况下工质进口压力、温度、过热度以及进出口压比四种参数与最佳表面张力修正系数的相关性为出发点,通过不同类型的拟合函数定量描述了其依变关系。结果表明:四次多项式函数对验证工况下工质进口压力的拟合误差分别为1.0519%、1.2443%,具有最佳的拟合效果。
The surface tension of water droplets appears in the exponential term of nucleation rate in the form of third power,which has a significant effect on coagulation parameters.Based on the research status at home and abroad,the plane surface tension model is modified by the correction factor.By comparing with the experimental data,the infuence of the surface tension correction factor on the calculation accuracy is analyzed.Based on the correlation between the working medium inlet pressure,temperature,superheat,inlet/outlet pressure ratio under various working conditions and the optimal surface tension correction factor,the dependent relationship is quantitatively described by different types of fitting functions.The results show that the fitting errors of the quartic polynomial function to the inlet pressure of the working medium under the verification condition are 1.0519%and 1.2443%respectively,which has the best fitting effect.
