摘要
目的:探讨全方位护理在结肠镜下肠息肉切除术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年7月至2022年10月在该院接受结肠镜下结肠息肉切除术的106例患者的临床资料。根据护理方法不同将患者分为研究组和对照组各53例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合全方位护理。比较两组康复指标水平、围术期血流动力学指标水平、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分及并发症发生率。结果:研究组术后肠道排气时间、进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术前30 min和术后的心率、收缩压、舒张压及SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:全方位护理用于结肠镜下肠息肉切除术后患者,可减轻患者围术期应激反应和负性情绪,缩短术后肠道排气时间、进食时间、住院时间,效果优于常规护理。
Objective:To explore applications effect of omni-directional nursing in colon polypectomy under colonoscopy.Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients who underwent colon polypectomy under colonoscopy in this hospital from July 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,these patients were divided into study group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,while the study group was combined with omni-directional nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The rehabilitation index level,the perioperative hemodynamic index levels,the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative intestinal exhaust time,the feeding time and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate,the systolic blood pressure,the diastolic blood pressure,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group 30 minutes before and after the operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The omni-directional nursing for the patients with intestinal polyps after colonoscopy can reduce the perioperative stress response and the negative emotional state and shorten the postoperative intestinal exhaust time,the feeding time and the hospitalization time.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
