摘要
目的探讨气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者给予治疗桂枝茯苓丸联合微波治疗仪治疗对临床疗效、症状改善及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年3月在兰考第一医院治疗的气滞血瘀型94例CPID患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成治疗组(47例)和对照组(47例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予桂枝茯苓丸联合微波治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、症状改善、炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(80.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、包块、腹痛、分泌物异常消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平明显低于治疗前,且治疗组水平低于对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型CPID患者给予治疗桂枝茯苓丸联合微波治疗仪治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善症状,降低炎症因子水平,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with microwave therapeutic apparatus on clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and inflammatory factor levels in patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods A total of 94 Qi stagnation and blood stasis type CPID patients who were treated in Lankao First Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the treatment group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with microwave therapeutic apparatus.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared of the two groups.Results Cpmpared with control group(80.85%),the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group(95.74%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,mass,abdominal pain and abnormal secretion in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in the two groups were decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with microwave therapy for Qi stagnation and blood stasis type CPID patients can improve clinical efficacy,promote symptom improvement,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,with high safety.
