摘要
专业技术职务评聘工作事关院校治理、产教融合以及教师创新团队建设,也是教师个人利益的重要关切。以激发人才活力为目标,坚持品德、能力、业绩、贡献评价导向,坚持德才兼备、以德为先,着力破除“四唯”(唯论文、唯“帽子”、唯学历、唯奖项)方能创新职称评价机制。要破除“四唯”必须突出职业教育本科属性,进而在评聘的条件设置上扩大“选项”注重“视同”,还应根据时代要求和形势发展需求探索评审机制的相应变革。。
The evaluation and appointment of professional and technical positions is related to the governance of universities,the integration of industry and education,and the construction of innovative teams for teachers.It is also an important concern for the personal interests of teachers.The goal is to stimulate talent vitality,adhere to the evaluation orientation of morality,ability,performance,and contribution,adhere to the principle of combining morality and talent,and prioritize morality.Efforts should be made to eliminate the“four only”(only papers,only titles,only academic qualifications,and only awards)in order to innovate the professional title evaluation mechanism.To break away from the“four only”,it is necessary to highlight the nature of vocational universities,and then expand the“options”in the setting of evaluation and employment conditions,focusing on the“sameness”.It is also necessary to explore corresponding changes in the evaluation mechanism according to the requirements of the times and the development needs of the situation.
