摘要
大岗山高拱坝混凝土工程量大,下部坝体尺寸较大,施工期暴露面较多,施工区域春、冬季气温骤降现象频繁。本文系统介绍了大岗山水电站大体积混凝土智能温控系统,实现了基于计算机的冷却通水智能测量、决策和控制,使冷却通水作业有了新的突破,确保了电站安全、优质、高效的按期建成和稳定运行,取得巨大的社会和经济效益,为类似大型水电工程大体积混凝土温控和其他有关供水、制冷的行业提供了有益借鉴。
Dagangshan high arch dam is of certain characteristics such as large amount of concrete work,relatively large size of the lower dam body,many exposed concrete surfaces during the construction period,and frequent occurrences of sudden temperature drops in spring and winter seasons.Thus,an intelligent temperature control system for mass concrete is developed and adopted in Dagangshan Hydropower Station,which realizes a computer-based intelligent measurement,decision-making and control of the cooling water supply.With this breakthrough in water cooling treatment of mass concrete,the safe,high-quality,and efficient construction and stable operation of the project are ensured,and tremendous social and economic benefits are obtained.It provides useful reference for the temperature control of mass concrete in similar large-scale hydropower projects and other industries related to water supply and refrigeration.
