摘要
以深圳市湖贝村改造项目为例,通过二手数据分析的方法,分析了原村民在更新前的行动,第三方参与的驱动力,第三方参与对原村民经济利益、空间利益的影响。研究发现,第三方参与更新实践的驱动力可分为理性因素与情感因素,对原村民而言,第三方参与对其获得的经济补偿具有积极与消极两方面的影响,对其传统文化的保留及情感的归属等空间利益具有积极作用。本研究可为其他相似背景的城市更新提供借鉴经验。
Through second-hand data analysis,this paper takes the Shenzhen Hubei Village project as an example and analyses the villagers’action before the regeneration,the driving force of third-party participation,and the impact of third-party participation on the economic and spatial interests of original villagers.It is found that the driving force of third-party participation contains rational factors and perceptual factors.For villagers,third-party participation has both positive and negative influence on their economic interest.It plays a positive role in the spatial interest of the preservation of traditional culture and perception of affiliation.This paper can provide reference experience for other urban regeneration projects with similar backgrounds.
