摘要
电接触材料的载流摩擦磨损是材料失效的核心原因,建立完整的电接触材料载流摩擦磨损研究体系是十分必要且迫在眉睫的。对银基电接触材料的研究现状、载流摩擦磨损的影响因素进行了总结,揭示了其载流摩擦磨损失效机理,对未来在数值模拟方面进行全面的载流摩擦磨损系统性研究进行了展望,为科研人员及企业指出了研究方向和解决相关问题的思路。
Current-carrying friction and wear is the core issue of electrical contact material failure.It is very necessary and urgent to establish a complete research system for current-carrying friction and wear of electrical contact materials.In this paper,the current research status of silver-based electrical contact materials and the influencing factors of current-carrying friction and wear were reviewed,the wear failure mechanism was revealed,and the future comprehensive current-carrying friction and wear systematic research was prospected based on numerical simulation.This paper helps to clarify the research direction and the ideas for solving related problems for researchers and enterprises.
