基于职业素养提升视角的高职茶艺课程研究

摘要 茶艺课程具有提升学生职业素养的作用,能使学生在课程中领悟精髓,在和谐、美好的环境中提升职业素养的能力。以广东财贸职业学院茶艺课程为例,从茶艺课程教学目标设计和教学实施步骤的角度进行教学研究,基于职业素养提升视角进行个案研究,针对茶艺课程目前课程内容结构不均衡、学生参与度不高、高素质师资紧缺、经费物质条件有限、校企合作深度不够等问题,提出在学校层面深化以职业素养培育为核心的理念、合理配置课程物质资源、搭建校企合作平台,在教师层面优化课程内容的设置、营造温馨的课堂氛围、不断提高专业能力,在社会层面加强企业对人才储备培养的重视、提升社会对高职学生职业素养的关注度以及营造校企文化水乳交融的氛围。 Tea art course has the function of improving students'professional quality,which can make students understand the essence of the course,and the ability to improve their professional quality in a harmonious and beautiful environment.This paper takes the tea art course of Guangdong Finance and Trade Vocational College as an example,from the perspective of teaching objective design and teaching implementation steps of tea art course.It adopts a case study based on the perspective of professionalism promotion.In view of the problems such as the unbalanced structure of curriculum content,this paper discusses low student participation,shortage of high-quality teachers,limited financial and material conditions,and insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and put forward to deepen the concept of professional quality cultivation as the core at the school level,rationally allocate curriculum material resources,build a school-enterprise cooperation platform.Teachers should optimize the curriculum content setting,and create a warm classroom atmosphere,and constantly improve the professional ability.At the social level,enterprises should strengthen their attention to the cultivation of talent reserve,enhance the social attention to the professional quality of higher vocational students,and create an atmosphere of integrating school and enterprise culture.
