摘要
为了能够精确计量装车量,同时使装车系统更加稳定可靠,对装车控制阀的选用也要求越来越高。本文阐述了数控电液阀、多段式气动阀、V型调节球阀等装车常用控制阀的选用场合和注意事项,给出不同介质汽车装车工程中的选型建议。
At present,the loading control system of refined oil vehicles is gradually improved,and the one-card quantitative loading is gradually realized.In order to accurately measure the loading volume and make the loading more stable and reliable,the selection of loading control valves is also increasingly required.This paper describes the selection occasions and precautions of common control valves such as numerical control electro-hydraulic valve,multi-section pneumatic valve,regulating valve,etc.for loading vehicles,and gives the selection suggestions for different media vehicle loading projects.
