浅谈UNIPOL聚丙烯PDS顺控联锁及长周期运行改进措施

摘要 PDS产品出料系统的安全、可靠、长周期运行直接影响到UNIPOL聚丙烯装置聚合反应的负荷和挤压造粒的产量,因此掌握PDS相关知识和积累现场经验具有非常重要的意义。本文简要介绍了PDS工艺流程、PDS阀门动作顺控及联锁逻辑,并在其基础上总结归纳PDS常见故障现象和原因分析,加强与高频球阀厂家人员、同行业专家沟通交流学习,根据现场实际情况,提出PDS优化改进方案并实施,切实提高PDS运行水平,从而确保UNIPOL聚丙烯的生产能力和长满优运行。 The safe and reliable long cycle operation of PDS product discharge system directly affects the polymerization load and extrusion granulation yield of UNIPOL polypropylene plant.Therefore,it is very important to master PDS related knowledge and accumulate field experience.The PDS process,PDS valve action control and interlocking logic are briefly introduced,and on the basis of which the common PDS fault phenomena and cause analysis are summarized.The communication and learning with high frequency ball valve manufacturers and experts in the same industry are strengthened.According to the actual situation on site,the PDS optimization and improvement plan is proposed and implemented to effectively improve the operating level of PDS.This ensures the production capacity and optimal operation of UNIPOL polypropylene.
