摘要
阐述小型圆草捆缠膜机的问题,提出基于PLC的缠膜机控制系统,该系统采用基于反馈概念的闭环控制,利用PID算法对控制系统进行优化,从而增加缠膜稳定性,提升生产效率。
This paper describes the problems of small round grass bundling film wrapping machines and proposes a PLC based film wrapping machine control system.The system adopts closed-loop control based on feedback concept,and uses PID algorithm to optimize the control system,thereby increasing film wrapping stability and improving production efficiency.
