聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮性质及其在血液透析膜中的作用

摘要 聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)是一种水油两亲性高分子聚合物,在医药、医疗器械、个人护理用品、工业等领域有着广泛的应用。目前主要的成膜材料是聚砜家族,PVP是血液透析膜生产中的重要成膜组分。概述了PVP的合成、分子结构、物理化学性质及其在血液透析膜中的多重功效,包括调节透析膜孔径,改善透析膜表面粗糙度,调节透析膜表面电位,改善透析膜生物相容性等作用。 Polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)is a water-oil amphiphilic polymer.It has been widely used in pharmaceuticals,medical devices,personal care products,industry and other fields.At present,the main membrane forming materials are polysulfone family,and PVP is an important film-forming component in the production of hemoclialysis membrane.The synthesis,molecular structure,physical and chemical properties of PVP and its multiple effects in hemodialysis membranes are mainly summarized,including regulating the pore size of dialysis membranes,improving the surface roughness of dialysis membranes,regulating the surface potential of dialysis membranes,and improving the biocompatibility of dialysis membranes.
