摘要
为探讨水性环氧树脂对湿热环境下混凝土耐久性能的影响,有效增强混凝土抗损害能力,通过硫酸盐侵蚀试验、渗水高度及电通量等试验,分析了各掺量下水性环氧树脂对混凝土抗腐蚀性、耐渗水性及耐氯离子渗透性等影响情况。结果表明:适量掺入水性环氧树脂能够提高混凝土的耐久性能,3%掺量下,混凝土耐氯离子渗透性能、抗渗性能及抗腐蚀性能均较佳。可见,适量掺入水性环氧树脂能够有效增强湿热环境下混凝土的耐久性,对提高混凝土工程质量具有重要作用。
In order to discuss the influence of waterborne epoxy resin on the durability of concrete in hot and humid environment,and effectively enhance the damage resistance of concrete,the influence of waterborne epoxy resin on the corrosion resistance,water penetration resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete with different dosage was analyzed through sulfate attack test,water penetration height test and electric flux test.The results showed that the durability of concrete was improved by adding proper amount of waterborne epoxy resin,and the chloride ion penetration resistance,impermeability and corrosion resistance of concrete were all better when the mass fraction was 3%.It was seen that proper amount of water-borne epoxy resin could effectively enhance the durability of concrete in hot and humid environment and play an important role in improving the quality of concrete engineering.
