摘要
党的十八大以来,面对世情新局面、国情新趋势、党情新挑战、学情新变化,党对青年学生的政治引领工作准确识变、科学应变、主动求变,围绕“谁来引领”“怎么引领”,在引领主体建设、内容选取、方法运用、队伍提升、组织领导等方面形成了值得深入总结和弘扬的宝贵经验。根据习近平在党的二十大报告中对青年工作提出的新要求,党对青年学生的政治引领可从四个维度进一步拓展和深化:增强党的组织和队伍建设;开展精准服务;坚持显性教育与隐性教育相结合、理论教育与实践锻炼相结合、榜样示范与自我教育相结合、规范统一与分类引导相结合;大力推进“家校社联动”。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party's political guidance to youth has accurately recognized the new global situation,national trends,new challenges faced by the Party,and changes in education.The Party has responded to these changes scientifically and actively.Focusing on the questions of"who should lead"and"how to lead",the Party has developed valuable experience in the construction of leading subjects,selection of content,application of methods,team building,and organizational leadership,which is worth summarizing and promoting.According to the new requirements for youth work put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 2Oth CPC National Congress,the Party's political leadership for youth can be further expanded and deepened in four dimensions:strengthening the Party's organizational capacity;providing targeted services;insisting on combining explicit and implicit education,theoretical education and practical exercise,role model demonstration and self-improvement,standardization and classification guidance;and vigorously promoting the“family-school-society linkage”.
