摘要
研究了一种超薄耐腐蚀热轧带钢轧制成型方法,涉及热轧带钢轧制技术领域,主要包括:加热单元对连铸板加热后初步去皮,并在去皮后将连铸板输送至粗轧单元。粗轧单元对连铸板粗轧。保温单元对中间坯保温、切头尾以及二次去皮。精轧单元对中间坯进行精轧。通过实时监测中间坯的尺寸参数,当判定中间坯的尺寸参数不符合标准时,将轧辊组中两轧辊的间距或转速调节至对应值,能够将中间坯轧制成指定尺寸的热轧带钢。在调节对应的轧制参数后,判定中间坯的尺寸参数仍不符合标准时,能够快速停用对应的轧辊组,并对其进行排查,避免该轧辊组轧制出存在缺陷的中间坯,有效提高热轧带钢制备效率。
A rolling and forming method for ultra-thin corrosion resistant hot rolled strip steel was studied,involving the technical field of hot rolled strip steel rolling,mainly including the heating unit heats the continuous casting plate and initially peels it,and after peeling,the continuous casting plate is transported to the roughing unit,which roughs the continuous casting plate.The heat preservation unit insulates the intermediate billet,cuts the head and tail,and performs secondary peeling.The finishing unit performs finishing rolling on the intermediate billet.By monitoring the dimensional parameters of the intermediate billet in real time,when it is judged that the dimensional parameters of the intermediate billet do not meet the standards,the spacing or rotational speed of the two rollers in the roller group can be adjusted to corresponding values,and the intermediate billet can be rolled into hot rolled strip steel of specified size.After adjusting the corresponding rolling parameters,if it is determined that the dimensional parameters of the intermediate billet still do not meet the standard,the corresponding roller group can be quickly deactivated and checked,to avoid rolling out defective intermediate billets from the roller group,effectively improving the production efficiency of hot rolled strip steel.
