摘要
食盐加碘防治碘缺乏病的关键是如何保证居民食用到合格碘盐,因此在碘盐加工、储运、销售各环节,需要一种能在现场快速分析、使用简便、结果较为准确、费用低廉的检测试剂。文章通过大量的试验研究,研制出了一种新的通用型食盐中碘含量的快速半定量检测试剂,可以测定添加碘酸钾的碘盐、添加碘化钾的碘盐和添加海藻碘的碘盐中的碘含量,为市场检查人员提供了方便快捷的检测手段,对保障食用盐市场的安全稳定具有重要意义。
The key to preventing and treating iodine deficiency disorders through salt iodization is to ensure that residents can consume qualified iodized salt.Therefore,in various stages of iodized salt processing,storage,transportation,and sales,a detection reagent that can quickly analyze on site,is easy to use,has accurate results,and is cost-effective is needed.The article has developed a new universal rapid semi quantitative detection reagent for iodine content in table salt through extensive experimental research.It can measure the iodine content in iodized salt with potassium iodate,iodized salt with potassium iodide,and iodized salt with seaweed iodine.It provided a convenient and fast detection method for market inspectors,and is of great significance for ensuring the safety and stability of the edible salt market in our province.
