摘要
采用电沉积工艺结合两次热轧工艺制备Al/Cu复合材料,对冷轧态变形后Al/Cu复合材料和时效后冷轧态Al/Cu复合材料的微观组织、室温拉伸性能和断口进行分析。结果表明,冷轧态Al/Cu复合材料界面结合良好,Cu以颗粒形式存在,时效后颗粒均匀分布在铝基体中,但时效温度为150℃和180℃时,组织中出现了微裂纹;冷轧变形后Al/Cu复合材料的力学性能有显著的提高,对冷轧态复合材料进行时效处理后得到,随着时效温度的升高,复合材料的强度明显下降,但80℃-10 min时效后复合材料的强度下降较小,说明此时Al/Cu复合材料中过饱和固溶体的析出弥补了位错的消失,使得复合材料强度得以保持。
Al/Cu composite was prepared by electrodeposition process combined with two hot rolling processes.The microstructure,room temperature tensile properties and tensile fracture of cold rolling Al/Cu composites and cold rolling Al/Cu composites after aging treatment were investigated.The results indicate that the interface of Al/Cu composites after cold rolling deformation is closely bonded,and Cu exists in the form of copper particles,and the particles are evenly distributed in the aluminum matrix after aging,but micro-cracks appear in the microstructure when the aging temperature is 150℃ and 180℃.The mechanical properties of Al/Cu composite improve significantly after cold rolling deformation.After the aging treatment of the cold-rolled composite material,with the increase of the aging temperature,the strength of the composite material decreases significantly,but the strength of the composite decreases less after aging at 80℃ for 10 min,which indicates that the precipitations in precipitated phase of Al/Cu composite make up for strength decrease caused by the dislocations disappearance.
