凿岩钎具生产中高频感应加热电磁场的检测屏蔽和职业卫生防护

摘要 高频感应加热作为一种新型加热技术,具有传统加热方式无可比拟的优势,在焊接、热处理等工业生产中的应用越来越广泛。但高频感应加热设备在运行中会产生强大的磁场,高频磁场的辐射会对作业人员造成一定的职业性危害。本文通过对高频电磁场的检测屏蔽和防护技术研究,采用自主研发的磁场检测装置,通过观察氖管发光程度简单快速判断磁场的强弱,利用金属材料作为屏蔽体包围辐射源,对高频磁场进行可靠的屏蔽和有效的防护,将有害的电磁强度降低到允许范围内。 As a new heating technology,high frequency induction heating has incomparable advantages over traditional heating methods.The application of high frequency induction heating technology in welding,heat treatment and other industrial production is more and more extensive.At the same time,the high-frequency induction heating equipment will produce a strong magnetic field in operation,high-frequency magnetic field radiation on the operators caused some occupational hazards.In this paper,by studying the detection and shielding technology of electromagnetic field,technicians adopt self-made magnetic field detection device and judge the strength and weakness of high-frequency magnetic field simply and quickly by observing the luminescence degree of Neon Tube,using metal material as shield to surround radiation source,shielding high frequency magnetic field safely and effectively,reducing the harmful electromagnetic intensity to the allowable range.
