合江金钗石斛贴石与附树仿野生栽培条件下产量与品质分析 被引量:1

Yield and Quality Analysis of Hejiang Dendrobium nobile under the Conditions of Imitation Wild Cultivation on Stones and Trees

摘要 为比较贴石与附树仿野生栽培条件下合江金钗石斛产量与品质方面的差异,测定金钗石斛的产量性状指标、有效成分含量、蛋白质及氨基酸含量、营养元素、矿质元素及污染物含量。结果显示:贴石栽培的金钗石斛其茎长、茎粗、单茎重、分蘖数等产量性状均显著高于附树栽培,附树栽培的金钗石斛折干率较高;贴石栽培的金钗石斛的石斛碱、总生物碱、多糖、多酚、黄酮、水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物均显著高于附树栽培;氨基酸总量和蛋白质含量均为贴石栽培高于附树栽培,附树栽培的金钗石斛脯氨酸含量较高;贴石栽培的金钗石斛磷含量较高,氮和钾含量较低,微量元素含量与附树栽培的相比差异不显著,贴石栽培的金钗石斛中铁、锰、锌含量相对较高。综合分析得出,贴石栽培的金钗石斛产量和品质明显优于附树栽培。 Comparison of the yield and quality of Hejiang Dendrobium under the conditions of imitation wild cultivation with stone attached and attached tree.Detection of yield traits,active ingredient content,protein and amino acid content,mineral element,and pollutant content of Dendrobium nobile.The results show that:the yield traits of D.nobile grown on stones were significantly higher than those on trees,such as stem length,stem thickness,single stem weight,and tillers number,D.nobile grown on the tree has a higher dry rate;the dendrobium,total alkaloids,polysaccharides,polyphenols,flavonoids,wa-ter-soluble extracts,and alcohol-soluble extracts of D.nobile grown on stones were significantly higher than those on trees;the total amount of amino acids and protein content are higher than those of the attached tree cultivation,and the proline con-tent of D.nobile grown on the tree is higher than those on stones;D.nobile cultivated with lithotripsy has higher phosphorus content,lower nitrogen and potassium content,and no significant difference in the content of trace elements;the iron,manga-nese,and zinc content in D.nobile is relatively high.Comprehensive analysis shows that the yield and quality of D.nobile cultivated by sticking stones are much better than those cultivated by attaching trees.
