摘要
本文基于某市配网线路联络率、可转供率、合环转供电等现状,提出了管理、队伍、基础设施、技术条件等方面存在的问题,指出了解决思路,从管理与建设、网架装备、优化水平、技术支撑与运行维护等方面提出了改进措施,从而全面提升了配电网自动化有效覆盖率、故障研判准确率等重要技术指标要求。
Based on current city distribution network line connections,supply availability,and combined loop power supply,this paper identifies existing problems in management,team structure,infrastructure,and technical conditions.It proposes solutions and improvement measures for management and construction,grid structure equipment,optimization levels,technical support,and operation and maintenance,to comprehensively enhance the distribution network automation′s effective coverage and critical technical indicators such as fault research and judgement accuracy.
