摘要
目前,我国“双碳”工作正处于深入推进阶段,在此过程当中,发展绿色低碳技术是我国“双碳”工作实施的重点思路。在新的技术背景下,需要能在结合企业发展需求的基础上做好低碳技术体系的构建,做好顶层设计,保障我国“双碳”目标的有效实现。本文就“双碳”目标下我国绿色低碳技术体系构建及创新策略进行一定的研究。
China's"dual carbon"work is in a deep promotion stage,and in this process,the development of green and low-carbon technologies can be said to be the key idea in the implementation of China's"dual carbon"work.In the context of new technology,it is necessary to be able to construct a low-carbon technology system based on the development needs of enterprises,and do a good job in top-level design to ensure the effective realization of China's"dual carbon"goals.In this article,we will conduct some research on the construction and innovation strategies of China's green and low-carbon technology system under the"dual carbon"goal.
